Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Monitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. This position involves supervising and engaging with children in various settings, ensuring their well-being and supporting their developmental needs. The Monitor will work closely with children of different age groups, including toddlers, and preschoolers, fostering an atmosphere of learning and growth. Duties Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety and compliance with established guidelines. Engage children in educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development. Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum focusing on childhood development. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Administer basic first aid when necessary and maintain health standards within the childcare setting. Requirements Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. Ability to educate children through engaging activities that support their growth. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on nurturing and supporting children's needs. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, supervisors and staff members. A genuine passion for working with children and contributing positively to their development.
