What We're Looking For:
We are looking for compassionate individuals who possess the following qualities:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a required or a degree in Early Education or a related field or willing to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to patience, hard work, and self-motivation.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one to two years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility as a lead teacher.
  • Completed state training hours related to child care.
  • A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a required or a degree in Early Education or a related field.
