What We're Looking For:
We are looking for compassionate individuals who possess the following qualities:- A high school diploma or GED
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a required or a degree in Early Education or a related field or willing to obtain.
- A strong commitment to patience, hard work, and self-motivation.
- A positive attitude and a desire to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one to two years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility as a lead teacher.
- Completed state training hours related to child care.
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a required or a degree in Early Education or a related field.
