Toddler Teacher Kidz Connection Learning Center Deltona, FL Full-time $15-$16.50 an hour Kidz Connection Learning Center is hiring a caring, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to work with children ages 1-3 . We're looking for someone who loves working with young children, creates a safe and engaging classroom, and supports learning through play, routines, and positive guidance. Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for toddlers ages 1-3 Plan and lead age-appropriate activities Support daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions Encourage language development, social-emotional growth, and positive behavior Communicate professionally with families and staff Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements Requirements Experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting preferred Must meet Florida child care training requirements Must complete required DCF introductory training Must complete Infant and Toddler Appropriate Practices training Must pass all required background screenings Strong patience, reliability, teamwork, and communication skills required Open availability required Must be able to work opening or closing shifts as needed Schedule and Pay Full-time Monday through Friday $15-$16.50 per hour , based on experience and certifications Florida child care personnel must begin required training within the first 90 days, complete the required introductory training within one year, and complete the age-appropriate practices training for their role.
Florida DCF Child Care Facility Training Requirements Florida DCF Training and Credentialing Pay:
$15.00 - $16.50 per hour
