Position Overview We are looking for a caring, reliable, and energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to lead our 1-year-old classroom . This role focuses on creating a warm, structured environment that supports early development, including language, motor skills, and social-emotional growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for 1-year-old children Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Use positive guidance to support early behavior development Observe and document children's developmental progress Build strong relationships with parents through daily communication Ensure compliance with Florida DCF licensing standards Qualifications CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred 45 Hours DCF training required Previous experience working with toddlers (ages 12-24 months) preferred Patient, nurturing, and attentive to children's needs Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health Insurance Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional development Paid time off and holidays (based on eligibility) If you have a passion for working with toddlers and helping shape their early learning experiences, we encourage you to apply today!
