The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to families and staff. Responsibilities Assist the Daycare Administrator with daily administrative tasks. Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally. Greet parents and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude. Maintain children's records and office files. Schedule appointments and manage office calendars. Assist with enrollment and registration paperwork. Perform data entry and general office duties. Support communication between staff and families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous administrative or office experience preferred. English proficiency (spoken and written) required. Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
