Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire curiosity, foster development, and create a joyful learning environment. In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans, implement age-appropriate activities, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Your dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and success in a dynamic classroom setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning tailored to preschool-aged children. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure smooth operation. Foster effective communication with children to promote language development and positive interactions.. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss child welfare, progress reports, and strategies for at-home reinforcement of learning goals. Requirements Must have DCF 45 Hours Florida Staff Credential (CDA) a plus Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles Familiarity with curriculum development for early intervention programs and special education needs. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to implement behavior management techniques that promote positive discipline and social skills. Experience with classroom experience involving standardized testing, tutoring, or physical education is preferred..
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
