Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with coworkers to develop and improve classroom programs. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials. Participate in training and professional development sessions.
