Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development and positive behavior management. Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and foster respectful interactions among students. Conduct assessments to monitor individual progress, utilizing tools such as standardized testing and early intervention strategies. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address any special education or behavioral needs. Incorporate diverse teaching methods tailored to toddlers and preschool-aged children, including hands-on activities and age-appropriate curriculum development. Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and lesson plans in compliance with childcare regulations and private school standards. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Experience in curriculum development across multiple domains such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori approaches. Proven classroom management skills with the ability to handle behavioral challenges effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood settings. Ability to design tailored lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of young learners. Prior experience working in daycare or private school environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education practices to support children with additional learning needs.
