Aftercare Teacher About Us Trinity Christian School is a growing Christian elementary school located in beautiful Broward County. We are committed to providing a Christ-centered environment where students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Our Aftercare Program is an extension of this mission, offering a safe, engaging, and nurturing space for students after the school day ends. Position Summary We are currently seeking dependable, enthusiastic, and caring Aftercare Teachers to join our team. This role involves supervising and engaging with students in grades K-5 during our aftercare hours. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, have a heart for Christian education, and be skilled at creating a structured yet fun environment.
Hours Regular Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-5:30 PM Additional hours will be available for early dismissal days . Supervise and engage elementary students in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment Plan and lead age-appropriate games, activities, and enrichment opportunities Support positive behavior and help manage transitions between activities Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents Maintain a clean and organized aftercare space Be flexible and available for occasional extended hours or special events Qualifications Experience working with children (grades K-5 preferred) Reliable, organized, and able to manage groups of children Patient, kind, and enthusiastic with a love for serving others Must pass a Level 2 background check
