Position Summary We are seeking an experienced VPK Lead Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. We are interviewing immediately•this is your opportunity to inspire young learners, grow professionally, and make a lasting impact in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with Florida VPK standards . Manage classroom activities and create a safe, nurturing space for every child. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about children's development and behavior. Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety regulations. Maintain current First Aid and CPR certifications . Qualifications CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field). Completion of state-mandated 45 hours of DCF training . Current First Aid and CPR certification . Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility. Prior VPK classroom experience required. Why Join Us?
