Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Observe and document children's development and behavior. Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance. Collaborate with center staff to plan and improve programs. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
