Our ideal candidate must be caring, loving, organized, have good leadership skills, and be dependable. Experience would be preferred, but not required. Salary is determined based on the individual's education and experience in the field. Applicants will need to have a strong passion for working with children, have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, willing to learn, be flexible and work in a team driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide a positive and safe classroom environment. Lovingly attend to children's daily needs. Follow daily schedule
Qualifications:
45 hours of DCF training (preferred but not required) Must be able to easily transition from floor to table activities with ease frequently throughout the day. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be able to pass a Level II background screening. Must be available to work any time between 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Mondays-Fridays.
