Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, social skills, and emotional development Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and comfort Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any health or safety concerns Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily updates on children's progress and needs Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing inclusive caregiving Manage behavior through positive reinforcement techniques aligned with childhood development principles Experience Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is highly desirable Demonstrated experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children through babysitting or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development milestones and age-specific care requirements Training or certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom organization techniques Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Join us in creating joyful learning experiences that lay the foundation for lifelong growth!
