Conduct assessments of childhood development milestones and utilize standardized testing when appropriate to monitor progress. Collaborate with families to discuss child welfare, progress, and tailored early intervention strategies. Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring safety and engagement for toddlers and preschoolers alike. Incorporate special education techniques to support children with diverse learning needs and promote inclusive education practices. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential; familiarity with toddler care and private school environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques. Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields; Montessori training or experience is highly desirable. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs while maintaining a structured classroom environment.
