• Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Assess the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational program.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
