We are seeking a dedicated daycare VPK Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing a nurturing and educational environment for students.

Responsibilities:

Implement child care curriculum, lesson plans and activities Ensure the safety and well-being of all childcare students Support students with behavior management and social skill Support all children in their learning journey Provide individualized attention to preschool students with diverse learning needs Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Create activities and early childhood education moments Communicate effectively with parents and staff members Maintain daycare classroom clean and replenished

Experience:

Previous daycare experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children Familiarity with child care behavior management techniques Knowledge of early childhood education principles The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Ability to provide care and support to children with diverse needs If you are passionate about early childhood education, have experience working with young learners, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding VPK Teaching position.
