Primary Learning Preschool Parkland (www.plpparkland.com) is one of the best preschools serving the local community and nearby locations of Parkland, Coconut Creek, Boca Raton area within the State of Florida. The school focuses on providing a healthy and safe environment to all children while facilitating learning and executing an excellent curriculum for all preschoolers. We take proud in maintaining a low teacher/children ratio. Job Summary We are seeking to hire an experienced, energetic and hard working person to work as an Assistant Director in our Preschool/Childcare facility. The person MUST have a prior experience of working at the front office in a preschool/childcare facility.

Please Note:
Prior experience of working at the front office at a preschool/childcare facility is must. Candidate much be capable of supervising tasks such as support daily operation, billing, staff scheduling, managing staff and children files. Candidate must use be capable of multitasking and must have knowledge of childcare licensing. Candidate must be computer literate. Excellent oral and written communication is must. A successful candidate will possess strong organization and communication skills including team building, Conflict Resolution, and motivational skills.
Qualifications:
  • DCF 45 Hours
  • CDA or equivalent
  • directors credential
  • Prior administrative experience with Childcare facility is must
  • Preferred candidate will have a BS or an AS in education or related area
  • Knowledge of Procare system, ELC, VPK, Accreditation, Classroom Observations, Marketing etc.
  • excellent communication skills and resolving situations at front office
  • Knowledge of childcare facility policies and procedures.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required
  • ability to communication with parents and give tours of the facility
