Job Summary Champions Learning Academy is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated infantTeacher who enjoys teaching, inspiring, and empowering the children in their care to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment specifically designed for two-year-old children. You will play an important role in fostering each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through age-appropriate activities, hands-on learning experiences, and positive interactions. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood education, patient, creative, and committed to helping young learners explore, discover, and build confidence as they develop new skills and reach important milestones.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supporting children's social and emotional growth through positive guidance and encouragement. Observing and documenting children's progress and developmental milestones. Building positive relationships and maintaining open communication with families. Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals and maintain quality care standards. Ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications:
Experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting preferred. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for two-year-olds. Strong communication and teamwork skills. CDA, FCCPC, or related early childhood credentials preferred. Must meet all state licensing requirements for childcare staff.
