Oversee the program and making sure everything is running smoothly Manage day-to-day operations of the educational department, including staff supervision and performance evaluations. Executing the plans and curriculum the Director set forth. Have a valid driver license and able to drive a 15 passenger van to transport our children to and from school. Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Support the campers in making it a fun and educational environment Facilitate communication between faculty, administration, students, and external partners to promote a cohesive educational environment. Experience Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teaching or administrative staff. Strong and comfortable believe in Jesus Christ so you are able to teach our campers weekly Bible verses Extensive knowledge of education administration practices, policies, and compliance standards. Prior teaching experience or familiarity with instructional methodologies is highly desirable.
