As a Floating Teacher, you'll support multiple classrooms (infant, toddler, preschool & Pre-K), stepping in where needed and bringing consistency, positivity, and fun wherever you go!

What You'll Do:

Assist lead teachers across various classrooms Help create engaging, hands-on learning experiences Maintain a nurturing, safe, and structured environment Support daily routines and classroom transitions Build strong connections with children and team members

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Loves working with children of all ages Is flexible, dependable, and a team player Has 45 DCF training hours (required) Brings positive energy and creativity to every room Is passionate about early childhood education

Position Details:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday (No weekends!) 8-hour shifts $14.00-$15.00/hour
