A staff credential is required for this position. This can be obtained by having a CDA, FCCPC, or associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. 45 hrs DCF training along with VPK Emergent Literacy is also preferred but can be completed at time of hire. Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Staff Credential Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
