The Learning Cottage is dedicated to serving children, families and educators, locally, while fostering "the whole child" by providing a quality Early Childhood Education that promotes healthy habits, community outreach, sustainability for our future and educational excellence. Toddler teachers at The Learning Cottage share the vision of helping to support a program that is academically, developmentally and socially balanced. They are individuals who have chosen early childhood education as a career and are extremely excited to learn and grow in this decision. Experience in a classroom working with children 2 1/2- 3 years in age is preferred. This is a toddler classroom with LOW 1:8 RATIO (2 teachers: 16 students) Learning Cottage Educators are those who : Have a passion for early childhood education Display patience and a sense of humor Show creativity through work and activities Use excellent communication skills Show flexibility in support of there peer and families' needs as well as their own Understands all children are different and utilize proper classroom management skills in each learning environment And has consistent and punctual work ethics To find out more about The Learning Cottage Please visit www.
