Foster positive relationships and communication among children, families, and faculty. Serve as a cooperative and supportive member of both the classroom and the larger school community. Participate actively in ongoing professional development through reflection, research, literature, workshops, conferences, and study opportunities connected to the Reggio Emilia Approach and contemporary education. Document children's learning processes and make learning visible through pedagogical documentation. Maintain meaningful and consistent communication with families regarding classroom experiences and children's development. Bring creativity, initiative, sensitivity, and a spirit of collaboration to daily practice. Requirements DCF 45 Hours Certification required

FCCPC/CDA

required CPR and First Aid Certification required Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Teacher Strong English speaking and writing skills required AA/AS or BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field L'Atelier School is a place for educators who believe learning is relational, creative, research-driven, and deeply human.
