Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their critical early childhood years. In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning, fostering curiosity and confidence in every child. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and emotional regulation. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs, including special education and early intervention strategies. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor lesson plans accordingly. Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure smooth transitions and optimal learning experiences for toddlers and preschoolers. Incorporate childcare best practices such as toddler care techniques, child welfare principles, and daycare standards to ensure the well-being of every child. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development milestones and early intervention techniques. Experience in curriculum development with a focus on literacy education, math instruction, and physical education is highly desirable. Familiarity with classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and engagement. Previous private school or Montessori teaching experience is advantageous but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children's support teams. Certification or training in special education or child welfare is a plus; however, a genuine passion for working with young children is paramount.
