Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical growth. Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their safety during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, and rest periods. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with all licensing and health regulations. Observe, document, and communicate children's developmental progress with families. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members. Follow all Florida childcare licensing regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to provide high-quality early childhood education. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Florida 45-Hour DCF Child Care Training completed. Professional English communication skills. Authorized to work in the United States. Dependable, patient, positive, and passionate about working with young children. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative teaching team. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool. Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or higher. CPR/First Aid Certification. Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool, or VPK-age children. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Why Join Our Team?
