We're looking for a passionate Infant Teacher to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our tiniest learners (6 weeks to 12 months). What You'll Do Create fun, age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that stimulate babies' growth and development Engage infants through storytelling, sensory play, music and hands-on interaction Build loving, responsive relationships with each baby in your care Partner with parents through open, caring communication Keep your classroom clean, safe and joyful every day What We're Looking For A genuine love for infants and early childhood Experience working with babies (professional setting preferred) Knowledge of child development best practices Patient, reliable and comfortable in a busy, hands-on environment Strong communication skills DCF 45-hour training (preferred) CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required) What We Offer We believe great teachers deserve great support.
