Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be the guiding force behind creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for toddlers. Your leadership will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and develop essential skills through innovative curriculum development and hands-on activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in early childhood education, classroom management, and child welfare, ensuring every child receives attentive care and meaningful learning experiences. Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones, incorporating curriculum development principles such as literacy education, math, physical education. Lead daily classroom activities that promote social-emotional growth, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. Oversee classroom management to maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to toddler care and childhood development. Collaborate with parents and guardians through clear communication about each child's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or teaching aides to ensure high-quality childcare and educational standards are maintained. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods when appropriate to monitor developmental progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, child observations, incident reports, and other documentation necessary for child welfare compliance. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or preschools; classroom experience with toddlers is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management strategies, special education needs, and early intervention techniques. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education. Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to lead classroom activities confidently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; additional credentials in special education or toddler care are advantageous.
