Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of preschool children.
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met.
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space conducive to learning.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in literacy education techniques for young learners.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Experience in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Understanding of child welfare principles and practices.
- Strong grasp of childhood development stages and milestones.
- Background in early childhood education methodologies.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting (Preferred, but not required).
