Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of preschool children.
  • Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space conducive to learning.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in literacy education techniques for young learners.
  • Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
  • Experience in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children.
  • Understanding of child welfare principles and practices.
  • Strong grasp of childhood development stages and milestones.
  • Background in early childhood education methodologies.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
  • Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting (Preferred, but not required).
