Our mission, based on the educational philosophy focused on every aspect of a child's personality, be it cognitive, social, emotional, or physical is to prepare children to excel in a global society by providing an academically rigorous, engaging, and supportive learning environment that cultivates curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. We are looking for an experienced teachers to lead and manage our growing school environment. This opening offers Full-Time and Part-Time positions. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, is strong at curriculum implementation, enjoys interacting with parents, and wants to help children grow academically. Key Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day administration of class curriculum Ensure an academically rigorous, supportive, and safe school environment for children Support school compliance with FL state and licensing requirements Develop and implement weekly lesson plans with support staff Nurture the school community through parent engagement and communications Requirements CDA and or 3+ years of work experience in a preschool-type setting preferred Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills Proficient and confident lesson planning skills Must be able to work with others in a cooperative setting Commitment to ongoing teacher training provided by the School 45 Hours Early Childhood Education Certificate / Entry level candidates must enroll with 30 days of hire
