Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate lead teacher for our three year old class to ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for our children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of young children. This role involves overseeing daily schedules, following lesson plans, teaching, and engaging with families to create a supportive community. Full-Time Employment Opportunities Available working with children.
Pre-School and School Age Center AREAS:
Winter Haven
  • Must pass a Level 2 DCF Background Screening (We will help you get this completed)
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be available to work Monday thru
Friday Hours:
Monday thru Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Having your Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Credentials is a MUST!!!!
  • Group Leader Positions throughout Lakeland, Auburndale, Davenport, and Winter Haven Starting Pay rates:
  • $15.00 per hour new hire
  • $16.00 to $17.00 with DCF Hours or higher Credentials with experience working in a licensed facility.

Work Location:
In person Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience working with children in daycare settings, including infant care and toddler care. Familiarity with childhood development milestones and effective caregiving techniques. Ability to create engaging classroom environments that foster learning through play. Proficient in first aid and CPR certification is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A nurturing attitude towards children combined with strong leadership abilities.
