Our team is passionate about creating a nurturing, play-based environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired every day. We're looking for a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher who shares that vision and is ready to lead a classroom with creativity and care. Key Responsibilities As a Lead Preschool Teacher , you will take the lead in creating a structured yet fun learning environment for children. You'll guide daily classroom activities, support developmental growth, and mentor assistant teachers while building strong relationships with families. Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment Lead and support assistant teachers and classroom staff Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Observe and assess children's progress; communicate with parents regularly Maintain compliance with licensing and safety regulations Encourage creativity through play-based and hands-on learning Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children of various developmental stages. Implement engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques to promote respectful and cooperative conduct. Oversee classroom management procedures, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations while fostering a warm learning atmosphere. Requirements Proven classroom experience, obtained 45 hours CDA CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain APPLE Accreditation knowledge a plus
