What You'll Do Lead a Two-Year-Old classroom Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.® Curriculum Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Foster independence, creativity, and kindergarten readiness skills Build strong relationships with families through daily communication Observe and track developmental progress and classroom activities Maintain compliance with Florida licensing and safety standards Mentor Assistant Teachers and contribute to overall classroom success Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Ability to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements Strong communication and classroom management skills Employment is contingent upon passing a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
