Job Overview We are seeking an VPK Teachers to join our esteemed team at our private school. The Lead Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment that caters to the unique needs of our students. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of childhood development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators in lesson planning, implementing curriculum, and providing high-quality instruction to our students. Duties Develop and lead a team of educators in lesson planning and delivery Design and implement engaging and interactive lessons that align with our curriculum and support the learning needs of our students Conduct standardized testing and assessments to measure student progress and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement special education programs and services Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs Utilize physical education to promote student health and well-being Establish and maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all students Ensure that all teaching materials and equipment are maintained and updated regularly Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Experience working with children, preferably in a private school setting Strong understanding of childhood development and special education Proven experience in lesson planning and delivery Ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies Experience with standardized testing and assessment tools Physical education certification is an asset Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with diverse student populations Ability to adapt to changing curriculum and educational requirements Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality instruction.
