Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials, including Montessori teaching tools and educational resources. Foster positive communication with children, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community. Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred. Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and methods is highly desirable. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience with lesson planning across literacy education, math, and curriculum development tailored for preschoolers. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and working with children with special needs or disabilities. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with parents. Ability to manage classroom routines confidently while fostering an inclusive environment for all learners.
