Duties Assist the School Director in overseeing daily operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Support curriculum development initiatives aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, facilitating professional development and instructional leadership Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education and school legal requirements Lead strategic planning efforts to improve program quality, enrollment, and community engagement Oversee personnel management tasks including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff supervision Facilitate faculty meetings and professional development workshops focused on childhood development and educational strategies Collaborate with families to promote positive relationships and address concerns related to student well-being and progress Requirements English must be primary language Proven experience in school administration or as a school administrative director within early childhood education. Strong background in instructional leadership, and classroom experience in early childhood education Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising school staff and facilitating professional growth opportunities Familiarity with
