Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic child development. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Engage children in activities that promote early intervention, special education needs, and childhood development milestones. Manage daily classroom routines, including lesson planning, transition activities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding each child's progress, behavior, and welfare to foster strong home-school connections. Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor developmental progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Support toddlers and preschoolers with specialized care needs by applying best practices in toddler care and childcare principles. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as preschools or daycare centers is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education theories, including Montessori methods and childhood development frameworks. Experience developing curriculum content that integrates literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and create an inclusive environment for diverse learners. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and children's support teams. Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention practices to support children with unique learning needs.
