This role is responsible for leading a structured classroom environment, implementing daily learning activities, and supporting children's development through consistency, organization, and engagement. The Lead Teacher will play a key role in maintaining classroom routines, guiding assistant staff, and creating a positive learning experience for all students. ⸻ Responsibilities Lead and manage a classroom of children Implement daily schedule and structured learning activities Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Supervise and support Assistant Teachers Manage classroom routines and behavior effectively Communicate with parents regarding daily activities and progress ⸻ Requirements Experience working with children in a childcare or school setting Strong classroom management and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and punctual Able to follow structured schedules and systems CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required; candidates must be willing to complete required training ⸻ Experience Experience in a daycare, preschool, or early learning environment preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain structure and consistency in the classroom
