The school maintains a culture of teacher mentoring and supportive leadership making the position ideal for a candidate at a career beginning or looking for a change.
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish, Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and meets state certification requirements.
Required Skills:
Able to ensure student success through differentiated instruction, self-motivated, good classroom management, excellent organization, good communication skills, and highly dependable.
Excellent work environment:
small class sizes, advanced curriculum, professional staff, and excellent parental and community involvement and support. This is a contract position and the hours are flexible, typically 2 days a week. School hours 8:00-3:30, 10 months.
