We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. If you have a love for working with children and are committed to their growth and development, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, math, and social skills
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs
- Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect among students
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions
- Plan and organize activities that stimulate cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students
- Experience in early intervention strategies is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid teaching certification or licensure (if required by state regulations)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass all background checks required by state regulations We offer competitive compensation packages based on qualifications and experience.
