Job Description

Ga Pre-K Lead Teacher Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Ga PrekTeacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach to teaching young children. Experienced with WSO as well.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with young children to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Implement child welfare practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
  • Educate preschoolers using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
  • Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline through effective classroom management techniques
  • Prepare students for standardized testing while fostering a love for learning
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration in math and other subjects
  • Provide early intervention support for students who may need additional assistance
Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a preschool setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with curriculum development for young children
  • Knowledge of standardized testing procedures in early childhood education
