Job Description
KinderCare's Buford center is seeking Teachers to inspire and nurture young children in a safe, engaging classroom. In this on-site role, you'll plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities, support social and emotional growth, and ensure children's health and safety throughout the day. You'll build strong relationships with families, document developmental progress, and collaborate with teammates in a diverse, inclusive culture. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children. Supervise children at all times and maintain high standards of health and safety. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe, document, and support children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Implement classroom routines that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with licensing standards. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Support inclusion and respect for diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
