Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for young children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Observe and document children's growth and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and initiatives. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
