You will observe and document children's progress, communicate regularly with families, and maintain compliance with safety and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with Kinder Care's curriculum and child development best practices. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom that supports social, emotional, and academic growth. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and adapting instruction as needed. Communicate regularly with families about children's development, classroom activities, and progress. Maintain classroom organization, safety standards, and compliance with all licensing regulations. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to enhance programs and participate in professional development. Support positive behavior through proactive classroom management and clear expectations. Prepare learning materials, activities, and environments that engage diverse learning styles.
