Assistant Teacher - Little Dreamers Academy Little Dreamers Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our team! We are seeking someone who has a passion for working with children and creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside lead teachers to help support daily classroom activities, supervise children, assist with routines, and encourage learning through play and hands-on experiences. Our ideal candidate is patient, reliable, team-oriented, and eager to help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities Supervise and engage with children throughout the day Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Support meal times, nap times, and playground supervision Encourage positive behavior and social development Communicate professionally with staff and parents Follow all childcare licensing and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Experience in childcare or early childhood education is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to pass required background checks Why Join Our Team?
