Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom where children can develop essential skills through play, exploration, and structured activities. Your enthusiasm for working with children will foster a positive learning atmosphere that supports their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social skills, including specialized programs such as Montessori and early intervention strategies Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages, including toddlers and preschoolers Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to ensure a respectful and productive environment Provide attentive toddler care by supporting their physical needs, hygiene routines, and emotional well-being Incorporate special education principles to support children with additional learning needs or developmental delays Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols at all times Experience Prior classroom management experience in early childhood settings or daycare environments Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories and practices Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing methods for young learners Hands-on experience in preschool or private school settings is preferred Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage families Knowledge of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as literacy education or teaching physical education is a plus Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to shaping young minds!
