What You'll Do As a Childcare Teacher, you'll create meaningful learning experiences while building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. Responsibilities include:
Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with our curriculum. Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Build positive relationships with children and their families. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate professionally with families and the administrative team. Work collaboratively with your teaching partner and support staff. What We're Looking For Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred. A genuine love for working with children. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching. Must meet Georgia Bright from the Start (DECAL) requirements. Preferred Qualifications CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS) is a plus. $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
