Job Description
Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must successfully pass all required background checks. Must obtain and maintain Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification and required state training. Must have experience working with preschool-aged children. Mandatory Educational Requirements Applicants must meet one of the following: ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Elementary Education, or a closely related field. OR ✔ Bachelor's Degree in any field and a current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in a preschool, childcare center, or Georgia Pre-K setting. Knowledge of Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS). Knowledge of Georgia Quality Rated standards. Experience with lesson planning, assessments, and family engagement. Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
