We are seeking a passionate Director / Lead Teacher to support both classroom instruction and administrative leadership.
Responsibilities Administrative:
Assist with day-to-day operations Coordinate staff scheduling and parent communication Support enrollment, compliance, and school events Train the volunteers for substitute teachers Mentor staff and ensure quality classroom practicesLead Teaching:
Lead a Montessori classroom with a prepared and engaging environment Observe and assess student progress Foster a respectful and nurturing classroom culture Maintain strong communication with families Qualifications Montessori Certification (AMS or AMI)- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or related field
- Required 2+ years experience as a Lead Montessori Teacher Prior experience in a school leadership role
- Required Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills CPR/First Aid certification Familiarity with Georgia child care licensing
