Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our South Fayetteville center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. You will design and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain strong communication with families. In this collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll help shape early learning experiences while receiving training and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are patient, organized, and passionate about early childhood education and creating a warm, welcoming classroom. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Follow licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Collaborate with center staff to create a positive, inclusive culture. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Provide individualized support and guidance to children as needed. Assist with classroom setup, transitions, and daily routines.
