Now Hiring:
Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher We are seeking a qualified, passionate Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This position is ideal for an educator who is committed to providing high-quality instruction, maintaining compliance with Georgia Pre-K and Bright from the Start standards, and creating a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. Position Requirements (Must Meet Georgia Pre-K Standards) ✔ Georgia Pre-K approved credential, such as: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (or approved related field), OR Bachelor's Degree + Georgia Pre-K certification, OR Other credentials approved by DECAL / Georgia Pre-K ✔ Georgia Pre-K Training Requirements Completed (or willing to complete) all required Georgia Pre-K training hours Knowledge of GELDS and Georgia Pre-K curriculum standards ✔ Experience Experience working in a Georgia Pre-K classroom preferred Strong classroom management and instructional skills Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans ✔ Compliance & Professional Requirements Must meet Bright from the Start (DECAL) background check requirements Current CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Ability to maintain accurate documentation and lesson plans Reliable attendance and punctuality ✔ Personal Qualities Warm, nurturing, and patient with children Strong communication skills with families and team members Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for early childhood education Responsibilities Include Implementing Georgia Pre-K curriculum with fidelity Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment Maintaining compliance with Georgia Pre-K and DECAL regulations Collaborating with assistant teachers and administration Communicating effectively with families Why Join Our Team?
